Atelier visits are by appointment, ensuring each experience is personal and unrushed. When you reach out, you become part of our community. If you and a friend would both like to commission pieces, we’re happy to host a shared consultation. For clients outside Melbourne, we can arrange online appointment.
Made to Order, Just for You
Consultations take place in our Melbourne atelier with Clémence, with one hour allocated for your appointment. During your visit, you'll explore our core silhouettes handbags and select your preferred materials and colours from a curated palette of exquisite European leathers chosen for this edition. You will be guided through all choices, ensuring the experience is seamless and enjoyable. Please note that all handbags are made to order from our current collection. After your appointment, you’ll receive a personalised summary to review and approve before production begins.
Each piece is handcrafted in Melbourne by Clémence. Lead times start from three months, depending on style and materials. We may also accommodate pieces for special events, where possible.
The cost of your made-to-order Rue du Pavé bag varies based on your chosen style and materials. Full payment is required upfront before production starts. Finished pieces are available for collection by return appointment.
